Jacqueline Hale - Chief Operating Officer
Jacqueline is a Florida native who started her career in retail banking in 2004, joining Raymond James Bank while she was still in college. There she performed a variety of roles ranging from risk management, compliance, and eventually specializing in internal audit. Jacqueline directed a team of auditors, leading the Bank’s Sarbanes-Oxley testing program, oversight of loan review, and managed several other audits. Jacqueline regularly reported results to the Bank’s Audit and Risk Committee.
In 2018 she transitioned from the Bank audit team to the Raymond James brokerage audit group. There she led audits pertaining to the Private Client Group (PCG). Jacqueline specifically directed audits that covered retail supervision of client accounts and assessed adherence to various SEC and FINRA regulatory requirements.
Jacqueline works with both Collingwood Wealth Management and The Collingwood Group as the Chief Operating Officer. Within this role, she wears many hats ranging from HR, business development, accounting and the management of large-scale projects.
Jacqueline is a graduate of Eckerd College and the Florida School of Banking. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, traveling and everything water related.
